COVID-19 Update

International Shipping

Following the closure and re-opening of the French-UK border, international courier services have now resumed but are disrupted. International (outside the UK) orders may be delayed and we are unable to offer free international shipping at this time.

Lockdown

Following the announcement of a new lockdown in England we can update you on the measures we're taking to protect our team and to maintain deliveries during what is going to be another hard time for hairdressing.

Support Team

Our UK support team will continue to work at reduced capacity. We will continue to support you through this time but please bear with us as it might take longer to get back to you.

Warehouse

Our warehouse is continuing to operate but due to an increase in demand it may take longer to process and ship your orders.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery services at the moment but will do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible. All couriers are experiencing delays due to lack of capacity.
